What we collect
When you visit our café, order at the counter, order ahead through the OFUFU app, or join the OFUFU Circle loyalty programme, we may collect: your name, phone number, email address, birthday (optional, for birthday treats), your order history, loyalty points, passport stamps, and sticker and in-app game activity.
If you join the OFUFU app launch list on this website, we collect your phone number solely to tell you when the app is live at our counters. It is not used for marketing unless you separately opt in.
Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. We never see or store your card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.
Why we collect it
We use this information to prepare and hand over your orders, credit and redeem loyalty points, manage Circle tiers and rewards, send you service messages (order ready, points expiring), and — only if you've opted in — offers and news. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time from the app settings or by contacting us.
What we share
We share data only with service providers who help us operate: our payment gateway (Razorpay), our point-of-sale provider, and SMS/notification services — each bound to use it only for our services. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Your rights
In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us at hello@ofufu.com or ask at any OFUFU store. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days (loyalty points are forfeited when an account is deleted).
Retention and security
We keep your data only as long as your account is active or as required by tax and business laws. Data is stored on servers located in India with industry-standard safeguards.
Children
OFUFU app accounts are for users aged 18 and above. Our in-app games do not collect personal information from children.
