Menu and pricing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are displayed on our in-store menus and in the app. Prices include applicable GST unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Product images are illustrative — every soufflé pancake is handmade and beautifully imperfect.
Orders
Orders are placed at our store counters or through the OFUFU app for pickup. Our soufflé pancakes are freshly whisked and cooked to order — please allow around 14 minutes. Soufflé pancakes — including our signature Kiseki Pancakes — are served for dine-in and pickup only; we do not deliver them. Selected items (such as cookies and packaged products) may be available for delivery through third-party platforms, whose own terms apply to the delivery itself.
Order-ahead pickup times shown in the app are estimates. Please collect promptly — freshly made items are at their best (and held) for a limited time.
Payments
We accept UPI, cards, and other methods processed securely by Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds. For refunds and cancellations, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
OFUFU Circle (loyalty programme)
Membership is free via the OFUFU app. Points are earned on paid amounts and can be redeemed as per in-app rules. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, and expire 12 months after being earned. Tier benefits, earn rates, rewards, stickers, and programme rules may be modified, and accounts involved in fraud or abuse may have points cancelled or membership revoked. Discounts and point redemptions do not apply to soufflé pancake items, and our signature Kiseki Pancakes are never discounted.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and other allergens. Please inform our staff of any allergy before ordering; we cannot guarantee any item is completely free of trace allergens.
Conduct, content, and IP
All OFUFU branding, recipes, blend names, packaging designs, and app content are the intellectual property of Made by Earth LLP and may not be used without written permission. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of abusive behaviour toward our staff or guests.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bangalore having exclusive jurisdiction.
